Experimental studies on the utilization of kaolinite amalgamated in cement mortar

چکیده

Objective: To investigate the physical and strength properties of mortar using locally available mineral admixture. Methodology: The compressive at different temperatures was found. Setting time, consistency, porosity were also studied by blending natural kaolinite metakaolinite (MK) with cement in proportions. An experimental work carried out control mix adding from 5% to 20% ordinary Portland (OPC) equal intervals. Findings: test results revealed that use admixtures such as Natural (NK) MK OPC enhances performance binder mortar. enhancement cement–blended comparatively lower than for all percentages whereas added had increased strength. a 15% proportion optimum one yield maximum Novelty: present research is focused on partial replacement metakaoline temperature variant percentage dosage used double parameter.
